Island Lošinj

Pearl of the Adriatic Islands

Lošinj is a northern Adriatic island, located in a bay of crystal clear water, teeming with fish and with a rich submarine life, including frequent visits from dolphins which live in the surrounding sea. The sea can be reached by steep rocks or sandy beaches. The island has a pleasant Mediterranean climate, which is particularly good for the treatment of respiratory and chronic diseases. The island is covered by dense conifers and hundreds of species of herbs and spices that help to give the island its pleasant climate. This magical island will enchant you with its scents, flavours and natural beauty. We can recommend short trips around the island – to Ustrine, Lubenice, or Lake Vrana, and to other notable towns such as Nerezine, Osor, and Veli Lošinj. An unforgettable excursion is the climb to the nearby hill, Osoršćica-Televrin (589m), which offers stunning views of the nearby islands and the mainland – Kornati, Unije, Susak, Ilovik, Pag, Rab, Krk, and Istria. For a change you can take a day trip to one of these islands. The typical vegetation and the protected wildlife – the griffon vulture, various species of birds, and the geckos – together with the friendly local people and the many other opportunities for recreation and sports are just another reason to escape the city and enjoy a vacation in our apartments in Nerezine on the island of Lošinj. The island is the ideal place for revitalising both body and soul. Our apartments are located in quiet surroundings in the pleasant small town of Nerezine, only 300m from the sea and the main square, where you have all the necessary infrastructure – cafes, shops, post office, doctor’s surgery, butcher, hairdresser, fishmonger, and bakery.

Surrender to the soothing sounds of the island: bird song, the crying of seagulls, the murmur of the waves in the shadow of the pines; you are welcome to visit the island of vitality and enjoy a holiday in our apartments in Nerezine.

We can also rent you a wooden boat for fishing or swimming.
